From a partial refresh to a full strip-out, from structure to finishes. One fixed-price contract, one team, a photo report every Friday.
A home renovation rarely starts from a blank page. There is an existing structure, existing wiring and plumbing, and often a family still living there. So every Kore renovation starts with a condition check of the house, then a fixed-price BoQ agreed before any work begins.
The team that inspects your home and prepares the BoQ is the same team that carries out demolition, structure, MEP, joinery and finishes on site. One contract, one party accountable for the result.

Strip out and rebuild the interior of the house, including a new layout. Drawings and the BoQ are prepared after the building has been inspected, so the agreed price already accounts for what sits behind the walls.

Adding a floor or extending the house starts with a check of the existing structure, before any design or BoQ is drawn up. The new structure, roof and facade are built by the same team that finishes the interior.

The two most service-dense rooms in any home: plumbing, electrics, waterproofing and joinery meet in a small area. Everything is planned together so nothing has to be opened up twice.
A-01.4
A renovated home usually needs different electrical capacity, air-conditioning points and pipe routes from the original design. New services are designed together with the new layout.

For homes that stay occupied, the work is split area by area in a sequence agreed before we start, so the family can carry on living there while the renovation runs.

Every Kore renovation runs through the same five stages. You always know which stage is running and what comes out of it.
A visit to the house, a check of the building condition, and a defined scope. We understand your brief fully before we commit.
Drawings, material selection and a fully itemised BoQ. Scope agreed. Zero ambiguity.
Work on site with staged QC. A photo report every Friday. You always know where your project stands.
Joint inspection and a completed snag list. The project does not close until you are fully satisfied.
Workmanship issues reported within 30 days are fixed promptly at no extra cost.*

The cost of a home renovation depends on floor area, building condition and material specification, so every house is priced on its own. Kore prepares a detailed BoQ after the site survey. Once the BoQ is agreed, the price is fixed.
A home is the most personal project there is. What prospective clients ask most is not about style but about certainty: what it will cost, when it will finish, and who is accountable for the result.
Kore answers with structure. One contract, one team, one point of accountability, and reports issued on a fixed schedule. We work across Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi.
The team that inspects the house and prepares the BoQ is the team that builds it, from structure to finishes.
Photo documentation and stage updates every Friday, as standard rather than on request.
Quality checks happen at every stage, not only at the end, so issues are caught while they are still cheap to fix.
