Who we are
We deliver interior fit-out and construction works—including renovation and MEP — for F&B, retail, and offices across Jakarta and Java, backed by a disciplined build system: clear BoQ, locked timelines, stage-by-stage QC, and weekly progress transparency.
We also handle selected residential projects—high-spec builds and renovations—from civil works and MEP to bespoke joinery and finishing.
Our services
Residential
We provide residential design and build for homes, apartments, and villas. Scope includes civil works, interior fit-out, MEP, and finishing. Projects are executed with defined BoQ, site coordination, and quality checks before handover.
Commercial (Office, Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality)
We deliver commercial fit-out for offices, restaurants, retail, and hospitality in Jakarta and Java. Scope includes interior works and MEP with BoQ clarity, controlled schedule, and stage-by-stage QC. Progress is reported weekly until handover.
Booth & Exhibition
We design and build exhibition booths for corporate events and brand activations. Scope includes structure, fabrication, lighting preparation, and on-site installation. Delivery is aligned to event deadlines and venue requirements.
Renovation & Fit-Out
We handle renovation and fit-out for residential and commercial spaces. Scope commonly includes demolition, rebuild, MEP rerouting, ceiling, wall, and flooring works. Work is executed based on site assessment, approved BoQ, and controlled timeline.
Custom Furniture & Joinery
We manufacture and install custom joinery including kitchens, wardrobes, built-ins, counters, and feature walls. Work includes shop drawings, material specification, fabrication, and installation. Fit and finishing are checked on site before acceptance.
Design Consultation
We provide design consultation before construction to define layout, scope, and budget. Output includes zoning, material direction, buildability review, and preliminary BoQ. This reduces scope gaps and change orders during execution.
